Road Sweeper Brooms & Scrubbers
Our main brooms are made as either Spiral Wound or as Staple Set, on state-of-the-art brush making machines.
We can either make these as one continuous piece or as individual segments depending on your sweeper requirements. These brooms are available in Poly and Poly/Wire fill combinations.
We manufacture new tractor brooms and brushes for the following sweepers including but not limited to:

Gutter Brooms
We can manufacture gutter brooms to fit all machines and can be made with 2, 3 or 4 rows of bristles.
We stock timber or fully recyclable plastic heads depending on the machine type.
They can be made in either full wire – poly/wire or full poly fill.
Gutter brooms can also be made in smaller individual segments for easy fitting as typically used on Schwarze and Tymco.
Segments
Segments are available in both flat and convoluted to suit all sweepers.
Sizes range from 15” to 36” in diameter. Drives include 1 ¼”, 1 ½”, 2” and 3” square drive, 5”, 6 ⅜”, 7”, 8” and 10” centre pin drive.
Spacers are also available in 5” and 10”.
