Road Sweeper Main Brooms
Our main brooms are manufactured using either spiral wound or staple set construction on state-of-the-art brush manufacturing equipment.
They can be produced as a single continuous brush or as individual segments to suit your specific sweeper requirements. We offer a range of fill options, including all-polypropylene and polypropylene/wire combinations, ensuring optimal performance across a variety of applications.
We manufacture new tractor brooms and brushes for the following sweepers including but not limited to:

Gutter Brooms
Our gutter brooms are manufactured to suit all major street sweeper makes and models and are available in 2, 3, or 4-row configurations to meet a wide range of sweeping applications.
We offer both traditional timber blocks and reusable plastic heads, with the most suitable option selected to match your machine requirements. Fill materials are available in full wire, full polypropylene, or polypropylene/wire combinations to deliver the optimal balance of durability and sweeping performance.
Segments
Segments are available in both flat and convoluted to suit all sweepers.
Sizes range from 15” to 36” in diameter. Drives include 1 ¼”, 1 ½”, 2” and 3” square drive, 5”, 6 ⅜”, 7”, 8” and 10” centre pin drive.
Spacers are also available in 5” and 10”.
SWEEPER Side Brooms
Our side brushes are manufactured to the highest quality standards using premium materials to deliver reliable sweeping performance and extended service life.
Available in a range of diameters, configurations, and fill materials, including polypropylene and poly/wire combinations, our side brushes are designed to suit a wide variety of sweepers and operating conditions. Custom configurations are also available to meet specific application requirements.
Disk Scrubbers
We supply a comprehensive range of high-quality disc scrubber brushes to suit a wide variety of floor scrubbing machines and applications.
Available in multiple diameters, bristle types, and grit levels, our disc scrubbers are suitable for everything from routine floor maintenance to heavy-duty cleaning. We can source brushes to suit most major machine brands, ensuring the right solution for your equipment and cleaning requirements.
